HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Training Specialist in Plymouth, MN.

You will deliver and advance standardized onboarding and clinical training for field roles, lead Foundations and Advanced Training, and ensure scalable, high-quality learning experiences across the organization. The role requires extensive clinical education experience, curriculum development, and the ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into engaging training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, healthcare, education, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in a clinical training or education role.
• Demonstrated experience independently delivering complex clinical, technical, or medical device education.
• Demonstrated experience developing or improving clinical training programs, curricula, or competency-based education.
• Strong understanding of adult-learning principles, instructional methodologies, and learner-centered education.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding program portions, Foundations and Advanced Training, and assess learner progress.
• Facilitate instructor‑led sessions, virtual training, workshops, simulations, and labs.
• Deliver education on disease states, anatomy, histotripsy, product knowledge, and clinical workflows.
• Ensure standardized onboarding milestones, LMS documentation, and competency records.
• Support curriculum development, mentoring, and integration of new products and software into training.
