Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to lead the design and implementation of a scalable learning ecosystem for physician and internal clinical education across indications and tech platforms.

You will partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure evidence-based, compliant education aligned with product innovations and clinical best practices. Hybrid work in the Minneapolis area is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in learning and development or related field within healthcare/medtech.
• Experience designing scalable curricula for physician/clinical audiences.
• Ability to translate clinical/procedural concepts into education programs.
• Medical device experience in physician education or product launches.
• Collaborates with physician faculty and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Establish standards, governance, and lifecycle for content development.
• Familiarity with LMS, digital learning, and authoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and curriculum architecture across indications and platforms.
• Design scalable learning pathways with knowledge, application, case-based, hands-on training, and assessments.
• Develop and maintain curriculum frameworks, standards, and lifecycle governance.
• Create educational assets: e-learning, instructor-led training, presentations, assessments, facilitator guides, performance support tools.
• Design blended learning solutions addressing learner needs and business goals.
• Partner with clinical experts to incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Set objectives, maps, and competency frameworks; measure readiness and performance.
• Keep curricula current with new indications, product updates, and clinical evidence.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via metrics, feedback, and business outcomes.
• Lead internal and external curriculum development resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
