Job summary

HistoSonics Inc. in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable learning ecosystem for physician and internal clinical education across indications and technology platforms.

Lead curriculum strategy, standards, and content lifecycle; collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance while driving education initiatives across product launches and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or medical education.
• Experience designing scalable learning programs for physicians/clinical audiences.
• Experience translating complex concepts into engaging learning solutions.
• Medical device industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and Sunshine Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and education development for physician and internal audiences.
• Design scalable learning pathways with blended formats.
• Develop curriculum frameworks and governance processes.
• Create educational assets: e-learning, ILT, presentations, assessments, guides.
• Ensure curricula align with new indications, product updates and evidence.
• Measure program effectiveness via metrics and stakeholder feedback.
