Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. in Plymouth, MN hybrid role invites a Senior Clinical Training Specialist to lead onboarding and advanced training for regional managers, account managers, and clinical staff.

You will build curricula, mentor trainers, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Product Development while ensuring compliance and scalable learning across the Edison System. Travel about 25% is required to support field readiness and program implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, healthcare, education, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive clinical training or medical device education experience.
• Experience delivering complex clinical and technical education to healthcare professionals.
• Strong adult-learning, instruction, and competency assessment skills.
• Ability to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and Foundations/Advanced Training programs for field roles.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions, virtual training, hands-on workshops.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, and competency assessments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep content current.
• Mentor Clinical Training Specialists and monitor learner progress.
