The role emphasizes hands‑on training, standardized curricula, and competency assessments. The candidate will lead Foundations and Advanced Training, maintain LMS records, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure readiness for field deployment and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably clinical or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in clinical applications, education, medical affairs, or post-market clinical support within medical devices or interventional medicine.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and training for new hires.
• Lead Foundations and Advanced Training sessions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Applications, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, and Product Development to keep content current.
• Manage LMS records and ensure training documentation is complete and accurate.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide coaching to prepare learners for field immersion.
