Job summary

Beehive Industries in Centennial, Colorado, seeks a Senior Plant Manufacturing Engineer, Externals, to design and implement scalable production processes for aerospace components, including traditional and additive manufacturing. You will own manufacturing readiness for purchased hardware and drive cost, quality, and manufacturability improvements.

Responsibilities include DFMA, production planning, prototyping, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, and supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Experience with tube bending, metal forming, welding, and electronics enclosures.
• Ability to interpret drawings and models.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable production processes for aerospace components.
• Plan production, create work instructions, and coordinate resources.
• Prototype manufacturing, testing, and validation.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvements.
• Lead manufacturing ownership for purchased hardware.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain.
• Address risks and implement contingency plans.
• Quoting of potential new parts and methods.
