Job Summary

The UCSF Institute for Global Health Sciences (IGHS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing and Outreach to create, develop, implement, and manage comprehensive promotional marketing strategies and support UCSF’s central strategies for the Institute’s programs. This role aims to enhance IGHS’s profile within UCSF and among external stakeholders such as donors, research collaborators, and the global health community.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies that highlight IGHS’s mission, research, and educational programs.
• Supporting fundraising strategies in partnership with UCSF’s Development and Alumni Relations Office.
• Creating compelling content to promote IGHS’s centers and programs.
• Organizing events and campaigns to raise IGHS’s visibility and foster collaborations.
• Building strategic partnerships with corporate and philanthropic entities.
• Using data to inform and refine outreach and engagement strategies.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
