As our Community Growth Manager, you will own all aspects of growing the business through social, owned audiences, and community development. You will immediately lead all strategy and operations around our social media, the creation of owned audiences, and developing net new digital and in-person communities.You will be close partners with our demand generation, product marketing, design, and analytics teams as well as working directly with our executive team regularly.This is a role where you will drive the roadmap and strategy to accomplish audience and business growth in any way you see fit and are able to. Autonomy and ownership of outcomes are imperative.
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. We focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 USD per year which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
