Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead client-facing transformation programs across manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, and industrial AI.

You will guide problem definition to value realization, manage risk, and ensure measurable outcomes while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or digital manufacturing with AI capability.
• Experience leading client-facing transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end complex manufacturing transformation programs from design to value realization.
• Own senior client relationships; establish governance and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate priorities into executable designs, AI use cases, data requirements, and adoption plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across operations, data, AI, and IT/OT integration.
