Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 8–12 years in manufacturing/process engineering with leadership experience.
- Experience with multiple products/sites and delivering improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into site-level execution plans and lead standardization.
- Drive yield, throughput, and cost improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, design engineering, and suppliers.
- Develop and monitor process metrics; lead root-cause analyses.
- Mentor engineers; manage cross-functional project teams.
