Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to lead the Quality Engineering organization across manufacturing operations. This role drives quality strategy, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement with a focus on reliability and regulatory compliance.

You will develop high-performing teams, manage quality performance metrics, and translate objectives into actionable programs that support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing quality engineering teams.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, IQC and OQC functions.
• Develop and execute departmental quality plans aligned with objectives.
• Foster accountability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop quality personnel and future leaders.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
