Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing Quality Engineering to define and execute a global quality strategy across all manufacturing operations. You will lead quality systems, supplier quality, and manufacturing engineering while partnering with operations, regulatory, and executive leadership to align quality with business goals.

You will champion Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, drive CAPA, and establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing quality with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience leading quality functions across multiple sites or global operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing quality strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead quality engineering, supplier quality, and manufacturing quality teams across sites.
• Drive CAPA, process controls, and risk management to improve product quality and reliability.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven improvements with KPI tracking.
• Represent the organization in customer quality reviews and audits.
