Role covers buy- and sell-side projects, with interaction across teams and stakeholders, including due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring in a HYBRID NJ office setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences with 2+ years BD experience in pharma or related field.
• Ability to explain complex ideas and present to executives clearly.
• Strong financial modeling and understanding of corporate finance basics.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate in-license/M&A and out-licensing opportunities with strategic, commercial, and financial appraisal.
• Lead deal processes, due diligence, and negotiation support for BD projects.
• Develop and present robust financial models and deal scenarios to senior management.
• Create concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Research, Regulatory, CMC, Sales, Legal and other teams to advance deals.
• Maintain expertise in data sources used by business development.
