Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience in pharma or related field.
• Ability to explain complex concepts and synthesize recommendations for executives.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling proficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition, in-licensing, and out-licensing opportunities and make recommendations.
• Lead deal process including due diligence, negotiations, and structuring.
• Develop and present robust financial models and scenarios for opportunities.
• Prepare presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Research, Product Development, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams.
