Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager Logistics I to oversee the financial, operational and staffing aspects of multiple accounts in Texas.

You will drive profitable retention and growth while ensuring safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include setting goals, supervising staff, coordinating transportation and distribution, reducing overtime, and delivering complete logistics solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or supply chain or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• 3+ years in developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management.
• 1+ year in managing customer KPIs.
• Willingness to travel.
