Job summary

CityWorks DC is hiring a Senior Manager for Hire Local DC to support HLDC operations, data systems, and program administration. The role reports to the VP of Strategic Initiatives and partners with the HLDC team across data, grants, budgeting, and communications.

The position emphasizes data-driven reporting, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of sector partnerships and events. A strong Excel skill set and calendar management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of program management experience in the talent pipeline space.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and nested logic.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage HLDC data systems, reports, and data collection.
• Oversee stakeholder-facing data reports after events.
• Improve HLDC data systems and reporting processes.
• Coordinate contracts, grants, and partnership agreements.
• Track budgets and funder reporting needs.
• Support HLDC sector convenings, events, and teams.
• Draft agendas, moderate meetings, and ensure follow-ups.
• Communicate with partners and CWDC contractors.
