Job summary

BrightShore Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Loan Administration in Ocala, FL to provide strategic leadership over escrow, special loans, collateral management, post closing, and mail room operations.

You will drive process, compliance, and exceptional borrower experiences. Reporting to the Servicing leadership, you will build scalable workflows, strengthen controls, and partner across teams to deliver accurate, timely servicing and strong investor outcomes while fostering a culture

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mortgage servicing leadership and/or senior management roles.
• Proven ability to lead multiple servicing teams and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong partnership skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Escrow Administration, Special Loans, Collateral Management, Post Closing, and Mail Room operations.
• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for servicing functions across the lifecycle.
• Ensure regulatory readiness, internal controls, and process improvements to support borrower experiences.
• Develop operational reporting and dashboards to monitor performance and risk.
• Manage vendor performance and coordination with Compliance, Investor Reporting, and Technology.
