Lendmark Financial Services in Ocala, FL is seeking a Sr. Loan Consultant to support the Branch Manager and oversee branch operations, ensuring staff deliver trusted service and efficient lending processes.

You will assist with loan decisions within limits, process and close consumer loans, develop community relationships, meet sales goals, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong communicator with experience in consumer finance and proficiency in lending software.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
5+ years in consumer finance or related experience.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

Assist with the management and motivation of staff to meet goals relating to branch profitability, lending, and collections.
Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend decisions; process and close consumer loans.
Assist branch manager with business development relationships within the community.
Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
Assist customers with solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction.
Assist branch manager with hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable.
Ensure a high quality of customer service.
