Job summary

VeeFriends LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead LiveCommerce logistics and breaking operations. You will own the end-to-end fulfillment lifecycle, optimize workflows, and manage the on-site inventory environment with a focus on accuracy and speed.

You will oversee a small team of Fulfillment & Inventory Associates, partner with live shows, and scale staffing for peak periods and launches. Strong knowledge of collectibles is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years in fulfillment or livecommerce operations.
Experience managing fulfillment teams.
Strong inventory controls and quality assurance.
Familiarity with WhatNot, eBay Live, and/or TikTokShop is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational lifecycle for LiveCommerce and breaking, from arrival to shipment handoff.
Build and improve workflows for near-24/7 LiveCommerce operation to keep GMV growth pace.
Lead operations around trading cards and collectibles, including sorting, packing, and attribution.
Manage on-site LiveCommerce inventory environment, receipts, cycle counts, and custody.
Directly manage Fulfillment & Inventory Associates, developing roles, training, and SOPs.
Oversee temporary/flexible labor deployment with partners like GigSmart.
