VeeFriends LLC in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, LiveCommerce Logistics & Breaking Operations to lead the operational engine behind a rapidly growing LiveCommerce program. Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment or live operations.
• 2+ years people management.
• Experience with high‑value collectibles and breaks.
• Familiarity with WhatNot, eBay Live and/or TikTokShop.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end LiveCommerce and breaking operations lifecycle.
• Develop scalable staffing models for peak demand.
• Oversee inventory and quality control for on-site operations.
• Manage on-site fulfillment labor, including temporary staff.
• Maintain SOPs and performance metrics for the operation.
• Collaborate with Technology on WMS/Shopify/OMS integrations.
