Job summary

VeeFriends, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Senior Manager, LiveCommerce Logistics & Breaking Operations to own the operational engine behind our LiveCommerce business in New York.

You will oversee on-site fulfillment, inventory, and staff, ensuring accurate sorting and fast, scalable fulfillment for live shows. You will report to the Head of Inventory Management & Logistics and collaborate with LiveCommerce, Technology, Finance, and Customer Experience to optimize workflows and systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fulfillment, warehouse/inventory or LiveCommerce ops.
• 2+ years managing fulfillment teams with mentorship.
• Hands-on operator who can design and fix processes.
• Experience building processes in fast-growing, evolving workflows.
• Strong inventory controls, QA, and labor planning.
• Experience with hourly/shift-based labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end LiveCommerce and breaking operations, from receiving to shipment handoff.
• Develop workflows to support near-24/7 operations and scale with GMV.
• Lead on-site inventory environment, including slab inventory controls.
• Manage and develop Fulfillment & Inventory Associates; grow the team as needed.
• Oversee temporary labor deployments with partners like GigSmart to meet show schedules.
• Plan shows, promotions, and launches with cross-functional teams.
