Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls Planning (Life Science) within Project & Development Services. You will provide portfolio- and program-level leadership for planning and scheduling across large life sciences projects, setting governance, standards, and reporting.
The role acts as a senior advisor to client executives, oversees integrated master schedules, mentors scheduling staff, and partners with stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve delivery outcomes.
Senior Manager, Project Controls Planning (Life Science), Project & Development Services
Provides portfolio-level or major-program leadership for planning and scheduling services supporting large-scale life sciences capital investments. Responsible for establishing scheduling strategies, governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting methodologies across multiple projects or programs. Serves as a senior advisor to client leadership, guiding schedule-related decision making, program performance evaluation, and risk mitigation while driving consistency and excellence across scheduling teams and project controls delivery.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 153,000.00 - $180,000.00
