Job summary

Vynamic is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Launch to guide complex life sciences engagements from strategy through execution. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies, governance, and operating models, while coaching teams across the commercialization lifecycle.

You will lead multiple product launch initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client relationships, and ongoing business development to grow Vynamic's launch capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech industry experience
• Demonstrated success leading multiple product launches from strategy through execution
• Deep understanding of launch planning, commercialization strategy, governance, and cross-functional operating models
• Experience partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership teams
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and oversee project financials
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to business development

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Launch Engagements with high-quality delivery and strong team performance
• Executive Client Partnership across the commercialization lifecycle
• Design and lead launch strategies, readiness assessments, governance, and cross-functional planning
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
• Provide actionable recommendations based on market dynamics and competitive intelligence
• Lead engagement planning, risk management, and executive decision facilitation
• Mentor consultants and contribute to business development and thought leadership
• Develop methodologies and best practices to strengthen launch offerings
• Foster inclusive leadership and diverse perspectives in project teams
