Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Technology to lead the transformation of its legal tech stack and scale a modern, AI-enabled function. You will collaborate with Legal, IT, and business partners to implement CLM, workflows, and DocuSign, translating strategy into practical solutions.

The role emphasizes process improvement, change management, and governance, with a focus on data-driven adoption and measurable outcomes in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Operations, or related field, or equivalent.
  • 6 years of experience in legal operations or system implementation within corporate legal, compliance, or enterprise environments.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT for enterprise systems.
  • Exposure to legal technology platforms (CLM, matter management/eBilling, or comparable) as a business user.
  • Strong communication; ability to create end-user documentation and deliver training to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable with data and reporting outputs (dashboards, adoption metrics) without requiring hands-on SQL.
  • Familiarity with eSignature platforms (DocuSign) from a business process standpoint.
  • Detail-oriented with multiple workstreams; collaborative with IT and vendor/consulting partners.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models from a business stakeholder role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the operational roadmap for Legal Technology platforms (CLM, Workflows, Legal Tracker, DocuSign).
  • Contributes to and drives business and legal operating transformation.
  • Gather and document business requirements from legal and business stakeholders; translate into user stories and diagrams.
  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for system implementations and enhancements.
  • Design and maintain end-user training materials, job aids, and onboarding content; deliver training sessions.
  • Support change management activities for system rollouts including communications and adoption tracking.
  • Monitor usage and adoption metrics; identify friction points and suggest improvements.
  • Triage and manage support requests; coordinate root-cause resolution with IT.
  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflow maps; update as processes evolve.
  • Support governance and audit-readiness activities; assist in evaluating AI-assisted outputs for quality.
  • Coordinate with vendor/implementation partners on deliverables and timelines.
  • Prepare status updates and reporting inputs for Director and stakeholders.
