Lennar is investing in the future of its Legal organization, and the Senior Manager, Legal Technology will play an important role in advancing the transformation of the function. This is an opportunity for a technology-forward leader who can help build and scale a modern, AI-enabled, streamlined, and data-driven Legal organization. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Director of Legal Technology, the Senior Manager will help translate the Legal Technology strategy into execution by leading technology implementations, process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional transformation efforts. The ideal candidate brings a combination of legal technology expertise, project and program leadership, business process improvement, systems thinking, and a passion for using technology and AI to simplify complex work. This leader will partner with Legal stakeholders, Technology teams, and business partners to identify opportunities, implement solutions, improve workflows, and drive adoption of the systems and capabilities needed to support a modern legal function at scale.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $137,900.00 - $172,400, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
