Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience in a professional services firm or comparable environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to liaise with partners and senior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the attorney recruitment process for Chicago, including lateral and campus recruitment.
• Create and implement campus recruiting strategy across the full life cycle from events to offers.
• Travel to law school events as needed and align marketing materials with recruiting strategy.
• Manage summer associate program including events, assignments, and evaluations.
• Coordinate mentoring and orientation for new associates and laterals.
• Develop and coordinate events to foster morale and teamwork with Inclusion team.
