The role partners with HR and senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals, delivering scalable programs for leadership growth and frontline capability, across a 64-facility footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; master's preferred.
• 8–12+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience building and scaling learning strategies and programs.
• Strong leadership development and adult learning expertise.
• Experience implementing L&D operating models, systems, and metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
• Design scalable L&D processes, governance and annual/quarterly strategies.
• Define learning metrics and ROI, manage LMS/LXP and vendor partnerships.
• Curate enterprise curriculum across modalities (digital, ILT, blended).
• Deliver leadership development for all levels and succession planning.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align with business needs.
