Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead a ZEBS team and drive Lean strategies across the organization. You will develop talent, execute CI initiatives, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, partnering with site leadership, and sustaining Lean methods such as 5S, value stream mapping, and daily management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or CI.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ZEBS professionals to deliver CI results.
• Define and execute cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Partner with site and functional leadership to support improvement plans.
• Utilize financial resources and ensure best solutions are defined and executed.
• Implement Lean methods and processes (Strategy Deployment, 5S, VSM, Daily Management).
• Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Oversee multi-site operations evaluation including benchmarking and profitability.
• Drive participation in lean initiatives to achieve ZEBS metrics.
• Lead Kaizen events, lean boot camps, and capability-building efforts.
• Promote best practice sharing across Zurn Elkay locations.
