Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement (ZEBS) Specialist to drive lean initiatives, implement ZEBS standards, and lead improvement projects across functions at the Freeport, IL site. You will apply Six Sigma tools, track progress, and ensure adherence to ZEBS roadmaps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in a process-based environment with lean/continuous improvement experience. Onsite work at the Freeport facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a process-based environment with assignments in lean/continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ZEBS standards and apply the ZEBS Blueprint and lean practices.
• Support site initiatives to drive ZEBS adoption and associate participation.
• Document best practices and share across the organization.
• Facilitate daily management for ZEBS team across key metrics.
• Identify site solutions to minimize resource constraints.
• Facilitate lean processes per ZEBS implementation plan (training, standard work, 6S, VSM, problem solving, Kaizen).
• Lead the ZEBS continuous improvement program with prioritization of opportunities.
• Support Strategy Deployment by translating core deliverables to roadmaps.
• Facilitate systemic problem solving to address root causes.
