Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead lean initiatives across our operations. You will drive talent development, strategy deployment, and measurable improvements that boost service levels and reduce costs.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in manufacturing or operations, deep Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and a proven track record leading cross-functional teams across multiple sites. This on-site role in Sanford, NC offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ZEBS professionals to deliver continuous improvement results.
• Define and execute cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
• Partner with site and functional leadership to define and support operational improvement plans.
• Utilize financial resources and ensure best solutions are defined and executed.
• Implement and sustain Lean methods and processes (Strategy Deployment, Standard Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Daily Management, Problem Solving, Kaizen and Pull Systems).
• Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action plans.
• Evaluate multi-site operations, benchmarking, productivity, capacity utilization, sourcing, and profitability.
• Drive organizational participation in lean initiatives to achieve ZEBS metrics.
• Oversee project plans for alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
• Identify risks, remove barriers, and ensure resource alignment across initiatives.
• Track and report on KPIs, AIPs, and deployment progress.
• Lead Kaizen events, Lean boot camps, training and capability-building activities.
• Promote sharing of best practices across Zurn Elkay locations.
