Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to own end-to-end manager development programs and build skilled, engaged teams. The role partners with HRBPs and leaders to deliver impactful sessions, both in person and virtually, across the leadership spectrum.

You will design curricula, facilitate sessions, measure impact, and iterate based on data and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Learning & Development or related HR function.
• Proven track record designing and delivering manager and leadership development programs.
• Ability to move quickly in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences including senior leaders.
• Data-driven with ability to measure impact and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and facilitation of manager development programs.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify needs and co-create solutions.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sessions across audiences from frontline managers to VPs.
• Define success metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Iterate programs based on feedback and business outcomes.
