Job summary

Hasbro is hiring a Senior Manager of Learning & Development to own manager development end to end, from curriculum design to delivery and measurement. You will lead high-impact programs for people managers, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive measurable behavior change across all levels in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related HR function.
• Proven track record designing and delivering programs driving measurable behavior change from ICs to VPs.
• Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences including senior leaders.
• Solid instructional design across blended formats, virtual, in-person, digital, and self-paced.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning programs for people managers.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to align learning with business needs and the L&D roadmap.
• Lead in-person and virtual sessions for a wide range of audiences, from frontline managers to senior leaders.
• Define success metrics and measure impact to iterate and improve programs.
