Hasbro is seeking a Senior Manager, Leader Development to own the full development journey for Hasbro's VP and Director population, from onboarding through coaching, program delivery, and measurement. The role sits onsite in Boston (HQ) or Seattle, with a lean, collaborative team that values scrappiness and rapid delivery.

You will design and launch new leadership programs, oversee onboarding and 360 coaching, and build a strong metrics framework to prove impact while partnering with Talent

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or HR Business Partnering.
• Experience designing programs for VP and Director level audiences.
• Proven track record owning leadership development end to end, from design to measurement.
• Ability to move quickly and deliver high-quality work in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of leadership development for Hasbro's VP and Director population, measuring impact and iterating on feedback.
• Design, launch, and own internal VP and Director development programs built from the ground up.
• Own onboarding, coaching, and 360 programming for Directors and VPs with the right mix of assessment and follow-through.
• Build robust metrics and measurement plans across leadership programs and iterate based on data.
