Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a Sr. Manager, Learning & Development to lead leadership development, core curriculum, and future skills across the enterprise.

You’ll translate business priorities into scalable programs, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and partner with HR and senior leaders to elevate learning quality and impact. You will guide a team of L&D professionals, align objectives with budget and timelines, and drive continuous improvement of the curriculum in a dynamic corporate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning & development, leadership development, or talent management, including designing and scaling enterprise curriculum.
• 3+ years of demonstrated people leadership, coaching, differentiation of performance, and building capability.
• Track record of building leadership development and core curriculum strategies and translating capability gaps into scalable, measurable solutions.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills; able to influence senior leaders and translate concepts for leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the multi-year learning strategy for leadership development, core curriculum, and future-skills capability.
• Oversee end-to-end curriculum design, development, and continuous renovation using adult learning principles and 70-20-10 model across modalities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear roles, priorities, and accountability.
• Oversee program delivery, measure impact and ROI, and manage budgets and vendor partnerships to ensure timely, on-budget results.
