Job summary

Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization seeks a Senior Manager, Operations to lead the Digital Identity team, shaping identity verification operations that protect our delivery ecosystem and ensure a seamless driver experience. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, translate data into actionable improvements, and drive scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Driver Experience, and Product to turn ambiguity into action,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team by setting expectations and developing talent.
• Translate data and trends into actionable solutions and measure impact.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive prioritization and decisions with incomplete information.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable identity-verification improvements.
• Lead complex initiatives from strategy to execution and monitor outcomes.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product to align on secure identity verification.
