Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field and 5 years' experience in analytics related field.
• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field and 3 years' experience in analytics related field.
• 7 years' experience in analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead business case development for roadmap investments.
• Own the analytical and strategic layer for driver search, arrivals staggering, and trip matching.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesizing signals, and scaling analytical output across the org.
• Translate complex model outputs, experiment results, and platform telemetry into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams aligning engineers, scientists, and operators around a shared plan and hold the work accountable to outcomes.
