• Drafts, negotiates, executes, and manages intellectual property licenses and other agreements.
• Collaborates with faculty, researchers, and industry partners to achieve objectives.
• Screens inventions for commercialization potential and advises on patentability and IP strategy.
• Supports licensee relationship management and compliance activities.
• Mentors junior staff on agreement workflows and drafts.
