Job summary

RevolutionParts seeks a Senior Manager, Operations & Internal Technology to own the IT systems, access control, and internal tech stack, while guiding AI tool provisioning and governance. You will manage vendor relationships and drive cost-efficient, auditable infrastructure across the company.

The role requires independent work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with leadership to scale operations, ensure security, and enable AI-enabled productivity across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive IT, technical, or operations experience including systems administration, vendor management, and business systems support.
• 2–3 years of Salesforce administration and development experience, including declarative automation (Flow), report/dashboard building, and integration work.
• 1–3 years experience gathering business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, device management (MDM) platforms, and core business SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Rippling, Okta, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating SaaS/technology contracts with cross-functional impact.
• Experience managing direct reports and partnering with leadership across units.
• Excellent judgment operating with minimal oversight on technically and financially sensitive matters.
• Working knowledge of data security fundamentals and audit-readiness frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) a plus.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal IT and systems administration (device provisioning, identity and access management, help desk, onboarding/offboarding) to keep employees productive from day one.
• Govern AI tool access and provisioning company-wide, coordinating with Enablement on rollout sequencing and training.
• Partner with leaders to redesign workflows and team structures around AI-augmented productivity for scalable operations.
• Serve as SME for training and enablement programs to raise AI fluency and productivity gains.
• Advise leadership on technology, vendor, and access-related risk with timely, visibility-based decisions.
