Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field.
• Experience developing and managing internal content strategies and programs in a across-functional organization.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
• Experience owning and evolving content across multiple channels (e.g., newsletters, events, internal platforms).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a process-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement systems, frameworks and processes across teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to drive alignment and adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for internal content and engagement strategy for Walmart Connect, establishing centralized ownership and governance across associate-facing content and channels.
• Build, implement and maintain foundational systems, including standardized templates, editorial guidelines and a centralized content calendar to drive consistency and adoption.
• Audit and streamline existing associate-facing content to improve clarity, reduce redundancy and eliminate overlapping timelines across teams.
• Own and optimize content distribution channels, including email lists and audience segmentation.
• Partner with senior leadership, Corporate Communications and cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure consistency.
• Own and evolve a content performance framework, including KPIs and benchmarks.
