Job summary

Walmart Connect seeks a Senior Manager, Internal Content Strategy to lead the develop­ment and scaling of associate-facing content across Walmart Connect. You will establish standards, governance and workflows that enable content to scale while improving clarity and coordination across channels.

You will build foundational systems like editorial guidelines, templates, a centralized content calendar and distribution practices, while streamlining processes to reduce redundancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3+ years marketing experience, or 7+ years experience.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with ability to translate complex information into clear content.
• Experience leading cross-functional content programs and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal content and engagement strategy across associate-facing content.
• Build and maintain centralized templates, guidelines, and content calendar.
• Audit content to reduce redundancy and align timelines.
• Own content distribution channels and audience segmentation.
• Partner with senior leaders to align messaging and ensure consistency.
• Develop a content performance framework with KPIs.
