Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of Transformation and Enablement to lead cross‑market strategy workstreams and enable executive decision‑making for Walmart Connect and Sam’s Club MAP programs. You will translate complex inputs into clear, hypothesis‑driven narratives, define workplans, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

This role requires strong communication, executive presence, and the ability to move fast in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with 3 years’ experience, or 5 years in operations.
• Master’s degree in operations management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disambiguate and drive path forward on multi‑faceted business questions.
• Define workplans, track milestones, and drive execution progress.
• Drive cross‑market and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Diagnose areas to solve and develop objective hypotheses.
