Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy to lead omnichannel advertising campaigns and translate client objectives into strategic media plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
• 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.
• Experience with DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and tools like Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery based on key metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
• Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with internal systems to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive campaign success and innovation.
• Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights to support revenue growth.
• Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
