Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area OR 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with organizational style guidelines and customer behavior insights.
• Review and ensure compliance of content and visual assets with legal and ethical standards.
• Create templates and visual materials that support storytelling and enhance audience engagement.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to creative partners and team members on asset development.
• Analyze market and customer data to inform forecasting, trend identification, and editorial best practices.
• Support campaign planning, launch activities, and performance monitoring to meet business objectives.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to coordinate resources and achieve shared goals.
