Qualifications

• Proven experience running internal comms at fast-growing tech companies.
• Ability to translate complex tech and business topics into clear messages.
• Comfort with remote/distributed teams and executive audiences.
• Experience with AI-enabled drafting, editing, and measurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, timely internal communications that explain company priorities and decisions.
• Create channels and cadences to keep a distributed workforce informed and connected.
• Draft communications in leaders' voices for all-hands, memos, Slack, and other channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to articulate the company narrative and strategic priorities.
• Organize communications around major company moments to ensure clarity and impact.
• Partner with People on culture and employee experience initiatives and messaging.
• Leverage data to measure reach and effectiveness of messages and iterate.
