Qualifications
- 10+ years internal communications or relevant experience in a corporate setting.
- Strong storytelling and ability to translate strategy into messaging for multiple audiences.
- Experience leading change initiatives in a matrix organization.
- Ability to develop and execute global campaigns with measurable impact.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to distill complex topics into clear messages.
- Experience with video editing, AI tools, and graphic design software.
- Data-driven approach with content calendars and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Report to the VP of Internal Communications in a hybrid NYC office (Midtown).
- Generate content for internal and external channels (intranet, e-newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Lead internal change initiatives and advise key stakeholders.
- Manage global campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Lead company-wide programming and improve participation and engagement.
- Leverage latest employee communications technologies to improve efficiency.
