Job summary

Moss is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead Moss' internal communications across shared services from its Marketing & Communications department. The role partners with HR and Enterprise Safety, guiding change communications and ensuring messages reflect Moss' values and growth.

The position involves developing frameworks, coaching staff, and creating engaging content for executives and employees while driving adoption of new tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in internal and external communications with a focus on internal engagement.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting external media relations and/or community outreach is a plus.
• Proficiency with meeting planning and PowerPoint presentation development.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with intranet, social media, and email marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy across shared services.
• Serve as primary partner for HR and Enterprise Safety, translating initiatives into engaging messages.
• Provide strategic oversight across the communications portfolio and lead change communications.
• Create content for internal announcements, SharePoint updates, and all-employee communications.
• Ghostwrite executive communications and prepare leadership presentations.
