Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a senior role in financial services or retail brokerage.
• Proven track record of developing and executing channel marketing strategies.
• Experience with Digital marketing, Influencer Marketing, Brand Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Experience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Strong personal investment experience and understanding of financial markets, especially stocks, ETFs, and options.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Integrated Marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, investor growth and engagement.
• Develop channel partner go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs across acquisition channels and journeys.
• Execute campaigns across branding, performance, influencer marketing, partnerships and social media.
• Inform marketing strategies with knowledge of financial markets and investor behavior.
• Manage multi-channel budgets, track ROI and provide data-driven optimization insights.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Ensure marketing initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
