Job summary

Futu US Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead strategies for the U.S. retail brokerage business.

You will shape product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market plans by understanding active traders and investors, including stocks, options, crypto, and prediction markets. You will develop multi-channel campaigns, partner with channels, and optimize budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial services or retail brokerage.
• Proven track record of developing and executing channel marketing strategies
• Experience with Digital marketing / Influencer Marketing / Brand Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Experience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Strong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing who deeply understands advanced traders and investors in the U.S. market. Beyond strong integrated marketing expertise, this role requires a strong sense of how active stock, options, crypto, and prediction market traders think, trade, and evaluate platforms. You should be able to identify their real needs, pain points, and decision drivers, and translate those insights into compelling product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that grow our U.S. retail brokerage business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Integrated Marketing strategies aligned with overall business growth objectives, with a strong focus on user acquisition, investor growth, and engagement.
• Develop channel partner go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs, leveraging a deep understanding of acquisition channels, in-app resources, trading/investment products, and retail investor journeys.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across branding, performance marketing, influencer marketing, 3rd-party partnerships, and social media, with tailored messaging and value propositions for different partner and investor segments.
• Leverage a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and retail investor behavior to inform marketing strategies, campaign development, audience targeting, and growth opportunities.
• Manage multi-channel marketing budgets, track campaign performance and ROI, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
• Analyze market trends, investor behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and acquisition marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand representation, and execution across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Strong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly stocks, ETFs, and options. A strong passion for investing and demonstrated ability to understand and engage with retail investors is highly preferred.

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is$1,000-$230,000.This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
