Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with clear ownership of acquisition funnels and revenue outcomes.
• Experience marketing financial services in a regulated US environment.
• Proven track record of driving initiatives from concept through execution with measurable impact.
• Strong operational discipline, planning rigor, and execution excellence.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute US marketing strategy to drive growth in new funded and traded accounts, revenue, and lifecycle value.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Compliance, Legal, Product, Onboarding, Operations, Sales, CRM/CVM, Analytics, WebOps, and Creative teams.
• Develop end-to-end acquisition, activation, retention programs across paid media, affiliates, CRM, SEO, CRO, and owned channels.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting; optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Partner with regional and global teams to ensure governance and best practices.
