Job summary

Futu US Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead strategies for the U.S. retail brokerage business.

You will shape product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market plans by understanding active traders and investors, including stocks, options, crypto, and prediction markets. You will develop multi-channel campaigns, partner with channels, and optimize budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial services or retail brokerage.
• Proven track record of developing and executing channel marketing strategies
• Experience with Digital marketing / Influencer Marketing / Brand Marketing / Social Media Marketing
• Experience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Strong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Integrated Marketing strategies aligned with business growth with focus on user acquisition and investor growth.
• Develop channel partner go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across branding, performance, influencer, partnerships and social media.
• Leverage understanding of financial markets to inform marketing strategies and audience targeting.
• Manage multi-channel marketing budgets, track ROI and provide data-driven optimization.
• Analyze market trends and investor behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Ensure all initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
